What people have shared with us
Sunisa Malee
Bangkok, Thailand
"I came in with a bag full of papers I had been avoiding for two years. By the end of the Documentation Workshop I could actually see what I had, what I was missing, and what to do next. The facilitator was patient and never once made me feel silly for not knowing things."

"My wife and I had been going around in circles on some arrangements and were not making progress on our own. The Conversation Facilitation session gave us a proper space to actually get through it. It was a bit uncomfortable at moments — that is probably natural — but we came out with a clearer picture."

"The Navigation Programme was worth every baht. I had no idea there were so many different offices involved in what I needed to sort out. Thanawat built me a proper contact list with current hours — not guesswork — and after each session I had a summary I could actually refer back to."

"As someone new to Bangkok's administrative systems, I was completely lost. The Documentation Workshop grounded me quickly — within a few hours I understood what documents I needed, which ones I had, and where the gaps were. Highly recommend for other newcomers."

"My siblings and I had a conversation that had been postponed for years. Nattakarn made it possible to finally have it — without anyone feeling attacked or ignored. We did not resolve everything that day, but we made more progress than in the previous eighteen months combined."

"The whole programme took about four weeks. What I liked most was that nobody ever pretended to be a lawyer or promised specific results. Everything was framed as 'here is how this generally works, here is who to call' — which is exactly what I needed. I left informed, not misled."

How sessions made a practical difference

A couple relocating from Singapore with four years of accumulated paperwork
Challenge
A couple who had spent several years working overseas returned to Bangkok with two large folders of documents they could not confidently categorise — a mixture of Thai and foreign-issued records, expired and current, with no clear system.
Session
A Family Documentation Workshop lasting around three hours. The facilitator worked through each document, explained what it was, noted its status, and helped the couple build a filing structure split by category and renewal date.
Outcome
By the end of the session the couple had a clear inventory of their documents, a note of which needed renewal within six months, and a list of the two offices they needed to contact. They rebooked for a second session three months later.
"We had been putting this off for months. Two hours and it was done — not perfectly, but enough to actually move forward."

Three siblings navigating shared arrangements after their mother's move into assisted living
Challenge
Three adult siblings needed to reach an understanding about practical arrangements for their mother's home and ongoing care contributions. Each had a different view and prior conversations had become tense and unproductive.
Session
A Conversation Facilitation session with all three siblings present. The facilitator established ground rules, kept the conversation on the agreed topics, and made sure each person had space to speak without interruption.
Outcome
The siblings left with a shared written summary of the points they had reached consensus on and two remaining items to discuss with a licensed professional. The session did not resolve everything, but it moved the family from stalemate to constructive progress.
"Having someone in the room who was not on anyone's side made it possible to actually listen to each other."
