Conversation Facilitation Session
A neutral, gently structured session that helps family members talk through arrangements together with a calm, even-handed guide. The aim is clearer communication and shared understanding. We hold space for the conversation; any formal steps are handled by the appropriate official channels.

Information & Resource Navigation Programme
A multi-session package combining document organisation, plain-language information about how family-related processes generally work, and clear signposting to the correct official offices, community services, and helplines you can contact directly. Do you give legal advice or represent anyone in proceedings?
No. hearthwelludasd is an educational and organisational service. We help you understand how things generally work and organise your own papers. We do not give advice, represent you, or act on your behalf. For matters requiring a licensed professional, we will point you to the appropriate official channels.
What kinds of family matters do your sessions cover?
Our sessions touch on areas such as document organisation for personal registrations, family communication around living arrangements, and understanding the general steps involved in common family-related administrative processes. We adapt each session to what is most useful for you.
How long does a session last?
The Family Documentation Workshop and the Conversation Facilitation Session are each designed as single sessions of around two to three hours. The Information & Resource Navigation Programme spans multiple sessions over several weeks, with timing agreed at the start of the programme.
Where are the sessions held?
Sessions take place at our Sathon office at 76 Sathon Road, Bangkok. In some circumstances, sessions can be arranged remotely via video call — please ask when you enquire.
Is everything I share kept private?
Yes. We handle all personal information with care and in line with applicable data protection rules. Notes taken during sessions are shared only with you. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I bring a family member to the session?
Absolutely. Many people find it helpful to have a trusted family member present, particularly for the Conversation Facilitation Session, which is designed around bringing more than one voice to the table. Let us know when booking so we can set up the room accordingly.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payment details are confirmed when you book. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session will be rescheduled at no charge. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
